Job Designation: Business Development Associate-Inside Sales

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Cool off period- 90 days
  • Age up to 30 years
  • Ready To relocate to Banglore

Mode Of Joining: Work From Office

Location: Begaluru (Karnataka)

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off Monday and Tuesday) & 3 days of work from the office and 2 days on the field

Selection Process:  virtual interview

  • Telephonic shortlisting round
  • 5 - 15 minute zoom video interview

(you can attend the interview either using your laptop or a smartphone.) 

Salary: 

  • During 2 months of the training time period: 5 LPA (3LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable)
  • Post-training period: 7LPA Fixed + 3LPA Variable

Job Description:

  • This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading BYJU’s unique way of learning.
  • As a BDA in BYJU’S, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU'S unique way of learning, and assist them to become premium subscribers.
  • Also, your primary role will be generating sales in the area provided to you.
